Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 3-4 business days (dependent on courier times.) Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Deliveries to remote country areas may take up to 10 business days. If your delivery is urgent, please contact us and we can arrange express shipping (fees apply).

We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of utilised courier services in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:

  • where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
  • where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service;
  • where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping location and combined order volume/weight.

Items are delivered within 10 working days for international orders, however this can be longer depending on the country.

We will notify you via email when your product is dispatched and provide you with the tracking details.

All orders are shipped via DHL and notifications will be received

CARRIERS
We deliver in South Africa and abroad. Please note all orders in South Africa and abroad are sent via DHL.

ORDER TRACKING
A waybill tracking number will be generated once your order is collected by the courier. The waybill tracking will be provided to you by way of email. Track the location and status of your order using this waybill number.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at check out. Delivery options will be presented to you in checkout based on your delivery address. The final delivery cost will be based on your delivery address as defined in the checkout screen.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES and TAXES
Cohesion Sports (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please feel free to contact us with shipping abroad queries at contact@cohesionsports.com
